Channel Collections

Channel Collections are Gramlab’s collaborative promotion format for Telegram channels.

Each collection includes a thematic list of relevant channels. All participating admins publish the same collection post on the same day, so every channel gets visibility from other relevant communities.

Who can participate

Minimum requirements:

• at least 300 subscribers
• at least 50 average views per post
• completed bot verification
• channel category added during onboarding
• no active blacklist status

Meeting the minimum requirements does not guarantee immediate participation. Gramlab matches channels by relevance, category, language, audience fit, and current available campaigns.

How matching works

Gramlab matches channels with relevant audiences.

We consider:

• channel category
• channel language
• number of subscribers
• average post views
• audience relevance
• channel description
• previous participation history
• current campaign topic

The goal is not to build random promo lists. Each collection should be useful for the channels included and for the people who see the post.

How the process works

1. You complete onboarding in the Gramlab bot.
2. Your channel is added to the matching pool.
3. When a relevant Channel Collection is prepared, you receive an invitation.
4. The invitation includes the campaign topic, date, rules, and the channels invited to the collection.
5. You can accept or decline the invitation.
6. If you accept before all main slots are filled, your channel is added to the collection.
7. If you accept after the main slots are filled, your channel is moved to the waitlist.
8. Before launch, the bot sends you the final post draft.
9. You publish the post on the campaign date.
10. The post must stay live for at least 72 hours.

Main slots and waitlist

Each Channel Collection has a limited number of final participant slots.

Gramlab usually invites more channels than the final number of places available, because not every admin replies in time.

Main slots are assigned on a first-come-first-served basis.

If all main slots are already taken when you accept, you will be moved to the waitlist. If another participant drops before the final campaign starts, a waitlisted channel may be added to the collection.

Waitlisted channels are also prioritised for future relevant matching rounds.

Posting rules

If you accept participation and receive the post draft, you are expected to publish it.

Rules:

• publish on the assigned campaign date and time
• keep the post live for at least 72 hours
• keep all required channel links correct
• do not remove participating channels from the list
• do not replace the collection with your own version

You may lightly customise the wording, but all channels and links must remain correct.

The bot does not need posting rights. It sends you the post draft, and you publish or schedule it yourself.

Why timing matters

Channel Collections work best when participating channels post close to the same time.

Gramlab gives a 24-hour publishing window, but same-hour posting usually gives better results because all channels receive exposure during the same activity period.

For best results, schedule the post in advance.

What counts as a violation

The bot checks whether the required post was published and whether it stayed live.

Violations include:

• not publishing the post
• publishing after the 24-hour window
• deleting the post before 72 hours
• removing required channel links
• replacing the approved channel list with a different list

Changing the wording is allowed, as long as the final list and links stay correct.

Violation policy

Gramlab uses strict rules because Channel Collections only work when every participant follows the same agreement.

One violation is tolerated.

A second violation leads to blacklist.

Blacklisted channels can no longer participate in:

• Channel Collections
• Shared Folders
• future Gramlab promotion formats
• the future Gramlab influencer platform

Declining invitations

You can decline a campaign invitation before accepting it.

Declining is allowed, but repeated declines may affect future matching priority.

If you are not ready to participate on the proposed date, it is better to decline early than accept and fail to publish later.

What makes a good participant

Good participants usually have:

• a clear channel topic
• a relevant and active audience
• stable average views
• accurate category and language settings
• a clear channel description
• reliable publishing behaviour

The better your channel data is, the easier it is for Gramlab to match you with useful collections.
